The ornaments and crimes module changed my perception of modular synths, in that it is possible to use lfos, envelopes, and other processes to produce variations; rather than using classic modules, interacting with vco, or even lpg, or fx effects cv's with mathematical calculations is very useful. It allows you to get lively results, i would say. like rythmics and natural granular beats...
At a time when a lot of devices are coming out, it has become very complicated to make your music, your art, your means of expression if you relate to everything that is done by others or even the countless modules that are for sale. The fact of digging with existing devices is truly a sign of talent somewhere; in the sense that the talent does not exist, it is rather a steady job.
Of course that doesn't allow you to act in real time very fast but I don't think that's the goal of generative music, let alone subtractive.
I'm convinced that for every exercise, the challenge is not really to succeed, but considering the beginning and the end, for an album for instance you have the custom to be fast and the beginning has always a certain fresh feeling...personnaly i sometime begin by the end in order to keep a certain energy and trying to reach the perfect equilibrium, a kind of synergy at two speeds.
I've recorded a new video on Twitch, and that's something i will do regularly, like one or two hours of work session with modules and so "ornaments and crimes" from michigan synth, with sequences, the doepfer theremin , the dual vco of zlob modular that i'm pairing with the slew limiter module from befaco....and all kind of work session; hope to get the right moment to have people to share ideas, but i don't really think that's a place where many are enjoying this kind of things.

Afterwards, it's also about integrating the guitar, and I think you shouldn't play things that are too extensive, but more include well-placed notes in rhythm. For the recordings, this time, the sequencer is clocked by Abletone, and I can act on any part while keeping the rhythm all along; no need to start sequences from the beginning. The use of equalizers will be very important given that I will record less tracks, max 4, but optimize the various parts, manage the frequencies even more rigorously.
Adobe audition is the software is the second daw that I use to master and mix, and I didn't use so much or i'd say in deep the use of the graphic equalizer for instance, but more compressors or even deessers.
